Yeah, didn't know Pavarotti was a parrot. Or the Dead. (What percentage of their songs were covers?) Or, gosh, people who just enjoy playing music they like. I'd love to be able to play music for fun or in a bar band or whatever, and if I did, I expect it would most definitely be only covers, LOL.

Btw like this new "reply" setup, where you can actually see what you're replying to ... funny that it gives an error message, but I guess they'll fix that.

Yes, I like the new reply setup also, helps me refer to points I want to make.

According to the clearlight site, the ratio was about 3 covers to 2 originals, (334 to 190) although a great many of those covers were only played 1 or 2 times. Still, some of those covers were staples, like Good Lovin', IKYR, MAMU, Mama Tried, Big River, Johnny Be Goode, Minglewood, Promised Land, Samson, Lovelight.... On any given night, I'd bet that ratio was more like 1 cover to 3 originals, or less. I'll leave it to the statisticians.
